The growth in capitalization of the largest Russian companies in 2017 with the participation of women on the Boards of Directors exceeded the market average by 30-40%.
At the same time, the revenue of Phone Number List companies with mixed compositions of Boards of Directors grew at the end of 2017 twice as much as in companies with all-male directors' teams.
This conclusion is contained in Russia’s first study “Women on the Boards of Directors of the TOP100 Russian Public Companies 2018”, conducted by an initiative group of independent directors and published on the information portal womenonboards.

“The greatest increase in market value (16.4%) was shown by those companies where women work not only on the Board of Directors, but also on the Management Board. And here it is important to note that the Management Boards are essentially and should be considered as a personnel reserve for the Boards of Directors.
